Throughout this role, I cultivated robust client relationships, particularly on the Ford account, which involved consistent engagement with 21 European markets. I played a pivotal role in streamlining our workflow by creating and managing over five essential documents, enabling us to efficiently track tests, deposit results, and allocate resources.In the context of my work with Ford, I made significant contributions to the overarching success of AB and Personalisation initiatives, achieving an outstanding 150% increase in live test outcomes. I secured employment following the successful completion of two distinct Santander internships at Northumbria University. During the role I became a Marketing and Design Executive with a multifaceted role encompassing website development, SEO management, graphics, logo creation, branding kit design, as well as strategic campaign planning.I was also involved in the design, launch and management of multiple live websites, including GB Menus, Antinous House, BEEMEE Media, IFSP and Cannapass.

My journey at Fenwick involved three distinct roles. In my first rotation, I served as a Food Service Assistant at Fuego, where my responsibilities encompassed serving customers, cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, hosting, expediting orders, and acting as a runner. During the festive season, I transitioned to a role as a Cashier Assistant on the Fenwick Christmas Floor. Finally, in my third position, I returned to the Food Service Assistant role, this time at Mason & Rye, where I handled food, served customers, managed cashier duties, maintained cleanliness, and assisted with opening procedures.

During my initial 6-month rotation, I worked in Events Operations, where my responsibilities included setting up meetings, conferences, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and grand ballroom functions, including weddings up to 500 pax. I also played a vital role in managing agency team members and ensuring event spaces were cleared efficiently.In my second rotation at Kaspar's Seafood Bar & Grill, I had the privilege of delivering a top-notch 5-star service. This role allowed me to experience various aspects of the hospitality industry, including serving, barista duties, expediting orders, and running food to tables. It was during this position that I honed my customer service skills, forged valuable connections, and developed a deep appreciation for the world of hospitality, all of which I will cherish for a lifetime.
