During my employment with Williams Shoes, I was a sales/administration assistant where I am the first point of contact for customers entering our store, I am responsible for, but not limited to a range of duties including responsibility of the phone lines, responding and sending out emails, facilitating phone calls with customers and staff, managing records, handling stock ordering/posting processes and policies, opening and closing the store securely. Other duties included handling POS system transactions, banking deposits, returns/refunds, reports and filing. I work closely with the management team to coordinate functions and systems that are essential to the stores success, while operating a high level of service, I train and guide employees that are new to our team, ensuring correct procedures are followed to maintain efficiency, implementing skills and OHS safety requirements/safe work procedures, and professionally addressing customer concerns, while initiating and developing team goals, and using this feedback to inform future planning.

During my employment with Werribee Zoo, I was responsible for a range of reception and administration tasks, as well as the running of the cafes located around the centre, some of my duties included taking bookings for events such as wedding, engagement parties and birthdays, this included the handling of POS system transactions, noting key information, and following workplace policies and procedures, Setting up for these events included the organisation of staff, ensuring we had the correct facilities, taking menu orders, table service/customer service, I was responsible also for taking customer orders, food preparation, maintaining OHS workplace and hygiene/safety standards, closing and opening the centres cafes.

During my Employment at Kewpie, I was first point of contact for customer as they entered the premises, a range of my daily duties included tasks such as taking customer orders, food and drink preparation and service, ensuring OHS procedures were in place, general cleaning duties, organisation and planning for the next day/the week ahead, administering first aid when necessary. Handling customer complaints, refunds/replacements, and ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
