Moving into this role removed some of my requirement to perform treatments, but in turn lead to far more responsibility around back office functions & day to day management of the spa. This includes everything stated in my previous role including dealing with customer complaints, including employee rotas and admin for the accounts team to process payslips. Due to the intense scrutiny that the hospitality industry has been under during the past year, because of COVID-19, there was a large part of my role which focused around the processes enabling us to operate and maintain a safe environment for customers to enjoy & relax in, whilst maintaining comfortability for employees who are working in the short periods we are able to be open in.

Job role involves assisting team members wherever possible, dealing with customer queries, accomplishing team objectives by managing staff, performing interviews and recruiting new members into the team, training for new team members, occasionally performing treatments, cleaning and tidying of the spa, working on reception; handling money and booking clients appointments using EZ Runner Software, and creating a high level of customer satisfaction.
