My work has been customer service focused with related experiences in retail, medical, and education. For the past 7 years, I have taught at 2 high quality child development facilities. Previously, I worked in retail, where I held sales associate positions and subsequently advanced to supervision. My initial training was in medical administration, where I completed a related internship. More recently, I have pursued additional college level training in child development at Malcom X College.While I have enjoyed working in child development, I have given serious consideration to the future and decided that I would like to return to my original pathway in healthcare. For several reasons, I feel that my background is well suited to the role of a Medical Administration.• As a teacher and retailer, I have worked on a daily basis with a cross section of people and experienced consistent success in understanding and meeting their needs.• In store management, I handled merchandising, including inventory control and was recognized for reorganizing the stock room to achieve greater productivity.• Both my teaching positions and medical administrative internship required maintaining strict confidentiality.• I have strong computer skills and each of my positions have involved extensive recordkeeping.
