I am currently a Senior Sales Excecutive at Revolution Leadenhall. After a long 4 and a bit years at Revolution Southend, I made the decision to further my career within the business to Sales and business development. During this time I managed to hit all targets including a massive business changing target for the Christmas Period which was £500,000+ - Me and My team went above and beyond this even after being at the site and new to sales for 3 months. This was by far the biggest and proudest achievement I had done. The following tasks i am responsible for are: - Inbound and Outbound Sales- Hitting Targets for the period - Teamwork - Maintaining client relationships- Maintaining corporate business relationships - Social Media- Outbound and Inbound Calls - Responding to the large amount of inbound emails within 2 hours - Mystery Calls - 11/11- Meeting set KPI's weekly- Event Planning and Business Development - Knowing all the In's and Out's of the business - Working closely with my Sales Manager and General Manager- Weekly meetings - Weekly business plans

During my time as a team leader within Revolution Southend I was responsible for the following: - Managing a Team - Meeting set KPI's - Delivering a memorable customer experience - Extensive cocktail making (remembering over 30+ cocktails on then menu as well as off the menu) - Extensive Alcohol knowledge - People skills - Cashing up both in the morning and evening - Ensuring the venue was maintained to a high and clean standard - Management confidence - Extensive food knowledge - Developing staff incentives - Counting Stock daily and inputting it - Kitchen closing checks - Opening the venue (being a responsible key owner with an alarm code) - Closing and locking up the venue - Reporting back to my GM and AGM- Staff Training - Cocktail Training - Ensure I was hitting £1K+ hours on peak nights-

I took the role of Sales at Kingpins Bowl just before the Christmas period to help drive Corporate Christmas Parties, Birthday Parties, Breakfast with Santa, Christmas Bowling Offers and so much more! Within this role I focused mostly on Outbound work with Emailing and calling large companies around Southend to chat with them about booking their Christmas Parties, by doing this I managed to develop quite a few Clients for both Kingpins and my current sales job in Leadenhall! I managed to secure quite a lot of bookings over the festive period which resulted in a busy business. I worked closely with my General Manager, Operations Manager and Operations Director at the time to discuss potential business plans and how I would go about focusing on Christmas. Unfortunately this was only a temporary role to help drive sales during the Christmas period
