Appeals/ Pre Certification/ Retro Authorizations Sending Appeals to BCBS of AZ

In my current position AAB I code International Bills, and I followup on the claims such as calling for claim status on a day to day basis. I am able to submit and follow the claim process until it is completely closed, and paid. I have been very successful in collecting and closing the claims by doing this I have been able to increase my the companies profits as well as the Physicians.

In my final year in this field I dedicated my time and effort to helping others and sharing my knowledge to the best of my ability. I trained them in all areas that I could showed them all my techniques to better improve themselves production and quality wise. I would be in a training room and train up to 20 plus people at once with monitors pulled up for them. I decided to leave the field I was in I was hungry for growth and felt I was not getting it where I was.

In my second year of a Operations Representative I decided to expand my knowledge in other areas I began to help other departments. For example I learned work in the system called MSP by learning this then I began to make calls to agents verifying if the costumer had active home coverage or if there were any changes that needed to be made. I also learned to work many different queues in the effort of also helping other departments when needed on overtime.

As a Operations Representative Verified policies I had to make that our system was up to date with the new information that was provided to us. I learned very quick in this position and when I was ready and felt confident I began to work at a much more faster paste. By doing this I was always on top of my production and never made mistakes. My quality and production overall at the end of the year were outstanding.

I was a mail processor at age 18 learned many different task I was able to open Mail at a very fast paste for many hours of the day. I was able to learn every task there was as a mail processor. After I did that I began to pass my knowledge to others by training them in what I knew.

I worked in a retirement home for many years I could work in almost all the different areas from waitressing, bus boy, the back area in the kitchen. I was a fast waitress I was always given the hardest section because I could handle it rather then others. I always gave great service and never got complaints. I could be counted upon for anything another reason why they liked me working there. Whenever someone needed there days to be covered they would come to me, and I would cover them when needed. At times they were short on people so I would work so much where I would go for more than a week without having one day off. I learned a lot in the waitressing field I learned to be very fast and deliver great servicing service for people.
