I have been responsible for overseeing the operations, quality, recruitment, and performance of our valuations division, ensuring that we delivered exceptional service and value to our customers and stakeholders.I have a strong background in operations, business reporting, and corporate leadership, which I developed through my education and career. I hold a Master's Degree from Columbia University. I joined Mueller Reports in 2020 as a Manager of Valuations Recruiting, where I successfully hired and trained over 50 new staff appraisers in less than a year. I was then promoted to Director, and then to Assistant Vice President, within a span of 10 months, due to my consistent results.I am committed to growing and empowering individuals towards high achievement.
