-Responsible for RM acceptance & FG release-Sensory evaluation, chemical analysis via GCFID, KF, POV, SGRI, Particle size analyzer, spectrophotometer-Troubleshooting, maintenance, instrument commissioning, method developement, method validation-Preparation & review of SOPs, maintenance of QMS database-Investigation of customer complaints/internal rejects with root cause & CAPA-Responsible for setup of overseas affiliate plant in terms of equipment comparison, method transfer and training-Training of junior staff & intern mentorship-Liaison with R&D on production quality & scale up issues-Liaison with Operation team on technical matters-Liaison with external vendors for troubleshooting, calibration, external testing, invoicing

Laboratory duties include:-GCMS-Anion & Cation analysis via IC-Trace metal analysis via ICPMS-Organic contamination via FTIR-Maintenancw & troubleshooting of above instruments-Responsible for approval & release of testing reports-Liaison with customer on quotations & testing requests
