Carry out billing, collection, analysis and reporting activities within tight deadlines to ensure timely receivables collection.Prepare daily AR Aging report, Credit Risk Exposure report, Revenue report, and monthly billing completeness report.Complete daily Revenue report by exporting large volume of clients’ data from various platforms.Prepare Variance.

Prepare COGS report consistently, by communicating closely with Sales & Marketing Team and Accounting & Finance Team.Oversee all aspects of Inventory, such as:- Conduct routine inventory checks at retail stores to monitor stock health.- Monitor expired, returned, exchanged and converted goods lists (provided by Product and Logistics Team). Prepare cost.

Collate all incoming invoices, meticulous cross checking, and verification of bills to ensure timely and accurate payments every month.Liaise and follow up with internal staffs and overseas agents for accuracy purposes.Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers and reconciliations.Prepare precise weekly and month-end Accounts Payable and Receivable reports.
