• Perform a broad range of administrative support for the Graduate School by scheduling meetings, events, travel, etc. • Filter, prioritize, and compose emails on behalf of the Graduate School. • Maintain calendar for the Dean of the Graduate School. • Answering all calls received and transferring them to the appropriate person.• Order all supplies, food, furniture, etc needed for Graduate School staff.
