My various customer service positions, including food service and retail, have given me extensive experience dealing with people in person, over email, and on the phone. I’ve excelled in many positions that required effective communication with customers and other staff. This helped me develop a strong ability to work and problem solve independently and cooperatively. These positions also gave me valuable experience working with diverse groups of people while helping me thrive in fast-paced and constantly changing settings.In 2018 I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria, earning a degree in English with Honours and a minor in Psychology. My time as a student helped me cultivate effective time management and organizational skills, often managing heavy course loads and part-time jobs while maintaining a high GPA. I also developed strong writing and editing skills through various projects, particularly my graduating thesis.
