My passion for helping people is executed in my role as a Human Resources Manager by connecting with individuals from all walks of like and providing them with a fresh start of employment while encouraging growth and improvement. The beginning of my career started as an entry level Inbound Customer Service Representative with very little experience in the Customer Service and HR world, but with the help of my colleagues who saw something special and believed in my potential, I shortly became a Call Center Lead Agent, Call Center Supervisor and Trainer and now a Human Resources Manager. I have learned a lot through on the job training, reading and research, seminars, and consultants. I am looking forward to my own growth as I acquire new skills and face and overcome challenges.
