Tracked on-road recordable and serious injury rate for Q1 2023. Sites collectively saw 0% serious injury rates and 0% community injuries during Q1 2023.• Through partnership with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) during weekly reviews, drove a reduction in on-road defects per million opportunities from 940 to 635 within 4 months. Site realized a savings of an estimated $54,000 across 11 DSPs impacting 1,421 units.• Oversaw on-road staffing and execution for over 800 drivers through partnership with site delivery service providers to meet peak capacity for Peak 2022. • Drove 34.09% decrease in non-operational vehicles through partnership with delivery service providers from Q1-Q3 2022 through continued communication involving weekly meetings to review each provider’s overall fleet status. Facilitated partnership with regional fleet team for tracking parts on back order and ensured cases were submitted for each vehicle out of service.
