Led data analysis efforts in identifying business impacts to internal and external teams as the bank underwent a multi-year project to consolidate credit card processing vendors. Responsibilities included: mapping 3,500+ legacy data fields to the target processor, managing multiple workstreams to resolve functionality gaps, structuring and performing analyses for executive leadership to drive strategic project decisions, and implementing post-conversion monitoring processes.

Served as the lead tester and fixer on a $360M project to replace the bank's core technology infrastructure for all of the bank's branches. Responsibilities included: drafting and executing test scripts, managing offshore developers through defect resolution, applying code fixes to batch programs, designing and deploying production programs, reviewing and developing technical documentation, defect status reporting to executive leadership, providing post-conversion support, and executing ad hoc analyses to ensure pre and post conversion amounts balanced.
