▪ Seamlessly plan full-cycle events & member programs, including The NJ Women Business LeadersForum, with over 400 attendees annually.▪ Manage and allocate a $15k yearly budget, consistently delivering innovative and engaging qualityprograms and events.▪ Navigate logistics for events of all sizes, on-site and virtually, i.e., webinars, webcasts, happy hours,forums, and summits.▪ Scout and research for event venues, negotiate contracts and ensure consistent communicationwith the venues throughout the entire timeline of the event.▪ Create event layouts, consult on floor planning, and manage communication with all internal andexternal staff & vendors.▪ Collaborate with the marketing department on strategic communications, social media outreach,and message development for all events and programming.▪ Spearhead all post-event logistics, from surveys, invoices, and registrant follow-ups.▪ Provide excellent customer service, build & maintain effective relationships with members &organizations and provide education, marketing, and advocacy for NJBIA’s membership.
