Served as Exercise Physiologist for Wellness Programming and Personal Trainer to members of the Simmons YMCA by providing assessments and developing individualized exercise prescriptions based on goals and continual assessment of fitness, body composition and overall progress. As Lifestyle Coach for the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program, provided coaching and support to members of the branch and community to reduce risk for development of diabetes.
