Appointment Scheduling Representative
Current- Receives inbound calls and responds appropriately to caller questions and/or concerns.
- Answers calls timely and in accordance with the performance standards established within our company guidelines.
- Facilitates member communications related to network providers.
- Coordinate customer schedules including establishing appointment lengths and contacting Veterans regarding their appointment for High-quality care in a timely manner.
- Liaise between Veteran and health care professionals regarding schedules, insurance, and any changes with the highest level of professionalism.
- Facilitate communication through the Language Assistance Program (for members who are not English proficient) of VA and/or arranges for interpreter, including interpretive services for the hearing impaired.
