After taking a year out while completing my year abroad I was invited back to rejoin the Student Marketeer programme and assume my previous position as team leader.• Managed and supported a team of 8 Student Marketers including the coaching and training of new starters. • Identified as the highest regional performer and was invited to individually present my insights and feedback on behalf of 22 Student marketeers to the Red Bull UK executive leadership team, which was an honour. • Analysed team performance against KPIs such as new customer share of sales and consumer contacts to provide individualised feedback, and manage scheduling and stock levels.

• Led UK support teams for a variety of global Red Bull events e.g., Hardline, Dance Your Style, Soapbox, developing anin-depth understanding of events marketing, premium visibility, and a strong ability to network and work underpressure.• Individually acquired 11 new sports & fitness sales accounts. Developed relationships and identified opportunities withinover 20 existing accounts through site visits, upselling visibility and POS.• Approached and interacted with consumers to drive positive product trial whilst handling negativeperceptions/rejections, resulting in increased brand awareness and new customer acquisition.• Identified regional field-marketing opportunities, which align with targets, and strategically organised/led execution ofbrand activations which drive relevance amongst target customers.• Collaborated with third-party companies and represented the Red Bull brand to create exciting customer experiencesand memorable field marketing events.• Hosted frequent workshops, presenting confidently to large audiences, to promote Red Bull field marketing initiatives.• Projects: Led and organised a 4-day brand activation targeting the Manchester student population. Was promoted to the Marketing Officer role for the International Programmes Society at Alliance -Executed all promotional activities including social media digital content creation, marketing communications and eventsmanagement. -Built a strong community of active members and coordinated weekly events to drive engagement. -Directly managed a team of 3 International Communication officers.-Prepared informative emails to students and staff to keep people up to date with our upcoming events.

Key duties included-Create promotional content whilst abroad on exchange for instagram and Facebook.-Provide insight and feedback on the exchange year experience.-Grow the International Programmes Society account's social media engagement.-Coach the next cohort of exchange students on the exchange process.

-Lead and support a team of 5 student marketeers in their roles.-Host a monthly meeting to ensure each team member understands the brief and are able to hit their targets and fulfil their hours.-Run the Red Bull University of Manchester ‘@UoM.givingwings' social media account, (instagram).-Ensure strong communication skills between the team and my manager via Whatsapp, Email and Microsoft teams. -Manage and organise the training of new wings, care of Red Bull tools and stock levels for the team.

My responsibilities are to...-Successfully drive relevance for the brand across 'moments of need' via direct and indirect marketing initiatives throughout Manchester.-Create and plan my own missions with a strategic mindset, to establish and push Red Bull consumption.-Approach and interact with consumers; driving positive product trial, brand awareness and winning over new users.-Support other functional areas, such as Red Bull events, to create a memorable and positive consumer experiences, whilst always maintaining a premium image in my self-presentation and any Red Bull tools I use.

Created customer-focused social media content, for the brand’s online channels, that aligned with industry trends, brand identity and resonated with the target audience. Content promoted their fitness/diet plans and generated positive increases in social media engagement and followers.

-Assisted customers with sales, catering to each buyers’ specific needs, in the bike section and all other areas of the store to provide a high-quality retail experience. -Assisted managers with weekly stock takes and gained practical experience in customer sales relationship management, strong communication skills and effective resolutions for customer complaints.
