In my role as a Rating Analyst on the Agility team at The Standard, I contribute to the efficient pricing and risk assessment of group insurance products, supporting the company’s mission to deliver financial protection to clients. My responsibilities include analyzing rating structures, reviewing client-specific data, and ensuring the accuracy of quotes and proposals to meet business and compliance standards.I collaborate cross-functionally with underwriters, sales teams, and operational departments to streamline the rating process, improve turnaround times, and maintain pricing consistency. Leveraging tools and data models, I assist in evaluating risk factors such as claims experience, demographic trends, and policyholder behaviors to recommend competitive and sustainable rates.In addition to core rating tasks, I participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our rating systems. As part of the Agility team, I play a key role in identifying opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual input, and incorporate data-driven insights into rating methodologies.My role on the Agility team allows me to develop a deep understanding of insurance rating practices while building a strong foundation in analytics, problem-solving, and client service. It also offers the opportunity to contribute to The Standard’s continuous improvement efforts in risk assessment and pricing strategies.

Operated with ABA therapists to aid special needs children ensuring safety and productivity while analyzing the behavior of special needs children providing insight to ABA therapists as needed. Promoted the importance of special education for children resulting in one on one sessions, especially when COVID-19 occurred.
