I’m a recent graduate from the University of North Texas receiving my Bachelors of Artsin Biological Studies with a minor in Chemistry and Dance. I plan to continue my studies into medical school to eventually earn a doctoral degree in osteopathic medicine. The main goal is to work as an OB/GYN in a clinical setting, but in the meantime I am open to jobs or internships that enhance my work experience and knowledge in Women’s Health. My work experience consists of jobs in many different industries from fast food to retail. Allof my previous jobs have allowed me to work on my time management, organization,professionalism, and working under pressure with time limits. These jobs have instilledoutstanding people skills within me. I have learned how to handle situations when people are stressed and when people are in their calmest of moments. There will be similar situations on the same scale that I will have to handle professionally once I’m placed in the medical field and I believe I have the ability to do that.Outside of school work, I’m a part of the Greek organization Kappa Delta, Student Government Fine Arts Committee, and the UNT affiliated organization Hearts for the Homeless-Dallas. These organizations have given me confidence, experience in the community, leadership skills, and a source of responsibility that has made me an excellent candidate for any workspace.
