I work on promoting equitable practice within the Canadian Debate Circuit at tournaments, events, and the UO team. This is done through hosting seminars, enforcing equitable language, and ensuring access to equity for all participants.

In this position, I am in charge of all correspondence with the University of Ottawa departments; I plan and coordinate various events as well as compete at tournaments all across Canada. Most recently, I was a lead organizer of the Father Roger Guindon Tournament with over 160 participants. I also am in charge of merch sales, as well as the yearbook for the EDS club. As an experienced member of the club, I train our members for the British Parliamentary Debating style.

Brought out dishes to customers, managed the cash register, and took orders. As an experienced server, I excel in a fast-paced environment, take initiative during lunch and dinner rushes, and consistently work toward keeping the restaurant inviting.

Worked with data, created drinks, and serviced customers. Actively participated in the furtherment of our storefront. I completed daily and monthly tasks, and consistently assisted my manager with work as duties were shifted around accordingly.

As the Novice Representative, I ensured that all novice's voices were heard by the executive team, and hosted events to promote novice participation. I hosted and taught at additional novice debater practices.

Worked on a variety of mental health advocacy presentations, awareness campaigns, and events for the community.

Handled the curriculum and planning for Choices, a youth program for 13-17 year olds. Choices is a 10-week substance abuse prevention and early intervention program that assists youth ages 12 to 17 to develop skills and confidence to resist risk-taking behaviours.

I served as the Wellness Officer, where my job was to ensure the wellbeing of over 200 cadets through detailed processes.

I served as the Level 3 Warrant Officer, where I organized and adjudicated evaluations/exams every month, created admin/logistical system overlays, led project initiatives and set up document chains.

Ensured that flight uniforms were up to standard and organized practices to help maintain code as a team.
