As a talent manager, my role is to oversee the careers of content creators, models and other individuals in the creative industry. I serve as a liaison between brands and talent, negotiating contracts, scheduling campaigns, and working to ensure that our talent receive the best possible opportunities to monetise their platform.My responsibilities may include scouting for new talent, building relationships with industry professionals, and managing my clients' public image.
