I check insurance eligibility for upcoming appointments, submit prior authorizations for exams if required by insurance, confirm/change coding for exams if required and relay to insurances, answer basic billing questions for patients, research contracted rates and provide out of pocket estimates to patients if requested, assist with other projects if needed.

I manage our Quality Assurance team to ensure client quality needs are met. I also manage our User Safety team, where we primarily handle disputes, fraud, phishing, and general security.
