• Coordinates and performs payroll and time activities for Bi weekly and Off cycle payroll processing within payroll department support effective coordination and collaboration with other teams.• Collecting timesheet data and payroll information; Preparing and processing paychecks.• Assist with all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and more.• Process a multi-state payroll consisting of non-exempt and exempt employees.• Creates personnel, payroll, financial, and other City business documents and reports.• Preparing and filing payroll tax returns.• Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment period, including scheduling, setting up, and updating forms.• Assist employees regarding benefit claim issues and plan changes.• Process and calculate benefit changes and evaluation updates.• Collects and prepares data for records, reports, and surveys.• Assists timekeepers with payroll personnel questions, alterations, and approvals.• Assists the Payroll and Benefits Lead with payroll changes.• Assists with balancing of payroll, and the identification and correction or errors.• Handle employee separations, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover trends.

• Verify and submit timesheets.• Process timesheets for assigned workload of clients to ensure proper and timely completion of payroll.• Work with clients on receiving complete and accurate attendance reports and timesheets.• Reviews submitted timesheets for accuracy and ensure all relevant documentation is complete.• Coordinates with clients any necessary changes to employment statuses of client employees.• Helps with the onboarding procedures for new employees and new clients to ensure a smooth and swift transition onto the company’s payroll.• Ensure timely submission to meet ACH transfer deadlines for employee payroll transfers.• Maintain payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Review payroll retroactive and leave results as needed to ensure payroll accuracy.• Assist in resolving employee garnishment and payroll tax inquiries.• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer any employee payroll inquiries.• Create and run reports to provide accurate auditing of payroll, time tracking, and absence.

• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.• Set up loan files, order all exhibits (i.e., VOE's, VOD's credit report, etc.), and follow up on submitted and pending loans.• Coordinate closing paperwork, ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department.

• Calculating employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding taxes, address changes, and other information.• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
