Hello! I'm Jasmine. I graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in journalism in 2013 and was fortunate enough to land my dream job as an Arts & Entertainment reporter right after graduation. After a year in the field, I took an unexpected change in career paths as a move led me to a transitional job working in a boutique. It was there that I quickly advanced into a manager position, further developing my leadership skills and discovering my passion for managing and coaching teams. Since 2015, I have been working as a manager in various fields with varying team sizes from 5 employees to nearly 200 employees. I enjoy building successful and diverse teams, coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential, and connecting team members for a sense of community. Now, I have a rare and wonderful opportunity to help build a family business - Beacon of Strength Mental Health Services. Our mission is to illuminate paths to mental wellness with compassion, expertise, and empowerment. We hope to create a safe, comfortable, and uplifting environment for therapists to thrive and for clients to find their way to mental wellness.
