Food Science and Technology Graduate from Centennial College with a three year Advanced Diploma.This program provided me with both theoretical and practical knowledge in various aspects of food safety and quality control which includes HACCP,GMP,GLP,WHIMS,SOP,Shelf life studies,CFIA guidelines, Recalls, Inspection and Auditing Aspects.While working in the Bio hazard safety level 2 labs as a part of my program at Centennial College I have developed expertise in the most pivotal laboratory techniques such as pipetting, performing serial dilutions,ATP,ELISA and PCR tests,sample centrifugation and agitation, equipment calibration, media autoclaving, titration,environmental swabbing,streak plating, membrane filtration,media and stock solutions preparation,incubation and temperature control, sample labelling, product grading and sensory evaluation,all using aseptic techniques.
