With over five years of experience in the lavender farming and production industry, I am currently the Operations Manager at Terre Bleu, Ontario's largest lavender farm. I oversee the daily operations of the farm, the production facility, and the retail store, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service. I also manage the inventory, supply chain, and logistics of our products, which include lavender oil, honey, soap, and culinary items. As a food science graduate, I have a strong background in food processing, preservation, and innovation, and I apply my knowledge and skills to create new and exciting products that showcase the versatility and benefits of lavender. I am passionate about promoting sustainable and organic farming practices, enhancing the local economy, and educating the public about the beauty and uses of lavender. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of farmers, production workers, and retail staff, who share my vision and values.
