I have been involved in the tourism industry for over 11 years, starting in visitor servicing and consequently holding roles in PR, communications, marketing and destination promotion. Currently my husband and I own and manage Common Ground Trails, a trail consultancy specialising in all facets of developing and establishing trail facilities in an aim to connect people with trails, spaces, landscapes and most importantly each other. We work with a variety of stakeholders across Australia, predominantly state and local government authorities, in identifying and developing trail opportunities mainly for mountain biking and walking.
