Developed and coordinated the following objectives and activities for REACH, a fundamentally CBPR program: increased physical activity programs in Title X schools, expanded the farmers market to food deserts and increased attendance, worked with city planners to improve built environment and walkability of low income neighborhoods, worked with clinic patients and farmers to create digital storytelling and PhotoVoice projects, spearheaded a collaboration with MoGro (mobile grocery) to pilot a weekly fresh produce box at the clinic. Developed nutrition education curriculum and newsletter, served as nutrition advisor/ mentor/ co-manager for community health workers, cohosted and coordinated a trans-disciplinary coalition, and program evaluation. Responsible for developing a sweeping three year community action plan. Team lead for program design, grant writing, and evaluation.
