There, I assisted the Head of Accounts with administrative tasks such as spreadsheet management and stocktaking.Stripe 21 recognized my contributions and invited me back during school holidays. At fifteen, I handled first-line support calls, logged tickets, escalated issues, and conducted a large-scale database verification project with over six thousand phone numbers. I managed customer interactions with tact and professionalism, and my performance earned me a high street voucher as a reward from the company’s owner.In addition to my telecom experience, I’ve also worked in the Hospitality industry in Front of House roles, where I’ve honed my customer service skills further. I’ve been responsible for managing customer inquiries, running safety briefings, organising events, and overseeing the opening and closing procedures at SIM Studios in Dorking.
