As a Team manager, I assisted customers and coached peers. As team manager I reported to management and assisted with creating schedules for the team and calendar events to ensure time management. As Team Manager I handled Microsoft office, created spreadsheets to handle inventory and also scheduled team events and the budgets for the outings. I started out as a Greeter, which I would address the customers as they entered the store and direct them to their appropriate area. From Greeter I then became a Customer Service Representative where I focused on the customers over all experience and back end store quality control, which entailed ensuring audits and inventory shrinkage was correct. Once I perfected the customer service role, is when I was promoted to Solution Specialist where I created custom wireless solutions for clients and I also serviced small to medium businesses.
