As a Youth Development Specialist with nearly a decade of experience in urban education, I am dedicated to empowering young people to reach their fullest potential. My journey began in 2015 as an instructional assistant, and I have since progressed to a full time educator. With a strong background in fostering a love for learning and personal growth, I specialize in creating dynamic, engaging, and inclusive environments that emphasize critical thinking and problem-solving skills.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Literature with a minor in Africana Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed classrooms, engaged parents, and contributed to significant academic and social-emotional growth in my students. My passion lies in helping youth develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
