I began with Kubit as a contractor in May 2022. Primarily brought on board to manage the weekly releases and related processes; i.e. QA, Jira, daily Standup to name a few.This transitioned to a full time position in March 2023. Then, starting December 2023, I formally took over the management of the QA team, while continuing my other responsibilities.

Currently, I have taken what I have learned in my years within the Software Development Industry as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Business Operations Manager to draft proposals to RFPs and TORs for a research firm based in Dar Es Salaam. This opportunity has allowed me to leverage my years of business experience and apply it to a new industry. The goal of my efforts is to support the company up to the award stage of a project, which allows the team members to focus more heavily on the execution of the various research projects themselves.

Currently my primary focus is looking after our young son, while enjoying the opportunity to be living abroad in Tanzania. However, I thought it was important to continue working part-time as an analyst in the software development industry.As such, I have continued working for my previous employer as a contractor within the software development team. I'm acting as a bit of a plug 'n play function given my knowledge of the team, company, clients and software. Some of those duties include, but are not limited to: - Primary emphasis on consulting on feature development, scope, requirements and mockups.- Providing feedback regarding sprint and project plans- Acting as a sounding board for both BA and QA resources- Testing and data related support for our largest clients

This role is an expansion of my previous role as Lead Business Analyst to help round out our transition to Agile/SCRUM methodologies as a key member of the Strategy and Planning team with an emphasis on business-centric operations and processes. Managing business analytics team to ensure quality customer support, requirements gathering, documentation, quality assurance, and process improvement. Acting as a subject matter expert on our web to print platform and consulting as needed to meet or exceed client expectations. In this role, in addition to maintaining high standards of my existing Business Analyst responsibilities, I have had the opportunity to prove my capabilities in a more strategic role as well as my capability to manage a team.• Supporting the Director of Interactive Development with the day-to-day management of the 5 member Business Analyst team, including but not limited to, interviewing new candidates, training new team members, coordinating project assignments and coverage• Participating in sales support for prospective clients.• Coordinating deployments to our platform through the various environments.• Creating and documenting processes and standards for the Business Analyst team.• Participating in and leading Design Studio sessions to concept features for the 2.0 version of our platform with a strong emphasis on identifying similarities between clients to establish core features vs. customer specific features that must remain customer specific.• Initiating internal projects and feature development that allow the Business Analyst team and other teams to self-manage tasks that previously required developer intervention.

The interactive department has spun off into a software development company. My role is to work with the client, gather his/her needs, and work with the team internally to execute those needs. Including all steps of the process from writing proposals, user stories, coordinate the completion of interactive wire frames, coordinate with project managers/developers, and final acceptance testing of features.I also provide day-to-day customer service support for Tukaiz CSRs and clients to assist with their interactive needs (i.e. troubleshooting an issue, walking them through a feature on the system, setting up user accounts, password resets, etc.)

I started at Veritas as a Project Manager in production. I have since migrated over to an IT Project Management role to fulfill the need of my former production accounts in the healthcare and benefits industries. This role entailed quoting, seeing jobs through the shop from start to finish, training co-workers, managing accounts, billing, program start-ups, and documentation.
