As a Compliance Operations Analyst in the Wealth Management industry, I enjoy communicating regulatory changes and digging up inefficiencies in our compliance processes while providing solutions. In the industry, Compliance can sometimes get referred to as the “business prevention department” but my philosophy is to be a “coach, not a cop.” My areas of focus within the Compliance Team are: securities registration, insurance licensing, onboarding, creating compliance trainings and implementing efficient processes. Other areas I have experience in are: accounting, banking, agriculture and transportation. I come with 8 years of financial industry experience and am eager to learn.
