I am a BSc (Hons) Psychology graduate with excellent interpersonal skills. I am a proactive, confident person with a lot of compassion and empathy for others. I maintain acts of discretion and professionalism even when under pressure, which I have displayed in my previous role as a support worker for autistic support users. Whilst these values give me resilience, I also have technical skills and knowledge that allow me to overcome challenges using my own initiative and sound judgement. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in recruiting participants, administering assessments and interviews. As well as, conducting data analysis, retrieving insights, writing reports and contributing towards presentations for ethical qualitative and quantitative research. These skills were fine-tuned during my research internship and the production of my research dissertation, as well as, the importance of attention to detail and working effectively under deadlines. My passion for research stems from my natural drive to personally endorse a positive impact within the sector.
