First part of my role when i started my job involved telephoning customers, giving full information on the service we provide and helping to complete a claims pack, also answering any queries or questions the customer may have, while staying polite and proffessional at all times. I did this until 2016, where i was then promoted, my role then was to review agents performance and quality, then give feed back and if needed I provided additional training to improve agents knowledge and confidence, which would help improve sales
