My practice is primarily Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities, and Corporate Governance.

My practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, advising companies on formation and equity financings, and corporate governance matters.

Supported Professor Mayer in his research on the legal implications of the use of "Big Data" with respect to non-profit tax law. The paper sought to address concerns about privacy and questions of government transparency rules and enforcement. We developed in-depth and practical recommendations based on findings.

Part of a small team that worked to change, and ultimately transform, the direction of drug policy in the U.S. to treat drug use as a health issue, not a criminal problem. Part of my research included compiling each states' marijuana laws. I then synthesized the information into fact sheets for the general audience. Supported advocacy to update New York legislation by planning and managing focus groups, surveys, and assisting in outreach to city and state-level politicians.

My research contributed to the team's legal strategy and innovative policy development. Created a comprehensive guide to state statutes regarding voter registration per state with the aim of identifying the most restrictive systems. Contributed to a report, “Rethinking Judicial Selection in State Courts", which is an examination of how we choose state court judges.
