This job involves managing projects such as:- Scoping for a national wetland inventory, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Water and Environment, and commissioned by the National Environment and Science Program (NESP). This project involved negotiation with over 75 experts and end users- Assessment of fish abundance at Moreton Bay artificial reefs with Queensland Fisheries. This involves SCUBA diving to deploy cameras, and utilisation of deep learning models to analyse video data. - Monitoring of fish use of restored Oyster Reefs commissioned by The Nature Conservancy using underwater videos and computer vision
