Drove operational excellence into Total Customer Experience and Quality programs and processes, and enhanced quality culture across Hybrid Cloud/Software and Compute Solutions. • Established and managed the Solution’s Outage Program, which focused on tracking and reporting Quality performance metrics, and working with cross-functional Quality Core Teams to identify issues via data-driven analytics of Salesforce support cases, and implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure metric results remained in line with goals. • Spearheaded a cross-functional Rapid Feedback team with multiple work streams for the highly-visible Synergy program, focusing on quickly detecting and correcting initial customer issues through root cause analysis and closed loop corrective actions.
