-Foster relationships with 300 users representing 245 school districts in Washington and 10 districts in Utah, comprehending and addressing their unique challenges.-Maintain consistent and prompt customer service by conducting frequent surveys to measure client satisfaction and responsiveness.-Serve as the primary contact for client and user inquiries, successfully resolving more than 90% of issues during the initial interaction.-Assist clients with continual data analysis and system maintenance.-Develop and uphold positive relationships with the Pacific Northwest team.-Conduct sales demos, in-person and online training sessions, and presentations with diverse clients and stakeholders.-Analyze, monitor, and interpret data, resulting in informed recommendations for future training and frequency.-Configure two systems, execute data file import procedures, and perform application testing, adhering to established protocols.-Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing processes, procedures, and support materials, proactively enhancing them.-Pursue self-improvement, support peers, and pursue professional growth opportunities.
