Female Laboratory of Innovative Knowledge (FLIK) - is a community hub for female founders/leaders and apprentices to connect. Founders can take on apprentices in a meaningful project in their business, and help them gain valuable skills. Apprentices train alongside female founders and leaders to prepare themselves to be the next wave of change-making entrepreneurs. Together, we are taking action to advance women’s entrepreneurship, globally.

IDEAS is the premier student-led entrepreneurship club at San Jose State University. As President, I led efforts for expanding the club’s vision, developing strategic partnerships, and obtaining sponsorships. I also led efforts to increase membership activity to over 150 students. I was often asked to present among classes, events, and board meetings with the College of Business. G.o.A.L. helps students develop their leadership and communication skills while promoting social consciousness. The program provides resources to build students’ leadership skills and achieve excellence in academia and professional development. As the Marketing Agent, I lead the marketing team to discuss growth and strategy initiatives, utilize social media channels to promote events and engage our members. I also help in planning G.o.A.L's annual leadership retreat.

The ZinnStarter Program is San Jose State's startup accelerator for students! We select 10-12 early-stage startups annually where they then go through our curated curriculum with the objective of helping them launch their businesses by the end of our program. I currently work part-time as a Business Analyst Intern by conducting interviews and due diligence. I also assist in performing an industry analysis on each startup applicant. Through this, I have worked with numerous Founders by providing them with advice around their business strategy and marketing efforts.

Plug and Play is the ultimate innovation platform, bringing together the best startups, investors, and the world’s largest corporations.As a Business Development Intern for the Brand and Retail vertical, I requested the ability to do what a day-to-day Business Development Representative would do. This included identifying new prospects, generating new leads, co-leading intro sales calls. From this, I was able to add new corporate prospects to Plug and Play's sales pipeline. In addition to this, I identified and generated multiple market reports to drive a targeted outreach approach.
