I provided technical support for over 400 Owner Operators. I assisted in regulating their electronic logging devices (ELD) in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). I analyzed and interpreted data generated from the ELD to create reports and presentations, organizing the information in a proper format in order to measure metrics. This was done in an effort to keep the Owner Operators in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations in support of the Safety Department.
