Execution integral supply planning and order management within sales and operation planning process, taking care NPI process to ensure all demand are loaded in the manufacturing plant and establish processes for managing material in engr plants, revenue and metric execution : ensure meet quarterly revenue targets, OTD, cycle time, monthly lead time update to sales. Establish commonality/standardisation among same processes/system within related manufacturing sites. Place purchase order, schedule delivery and follow up closely with subcontractors to ensure OTD to customers. Interact with engineers and subcontractors to ensure continuous improvement in process eg. cycle time reduction, etc. Independently act to prepare and evaluate business cases with risk assessment.Ability to perform analysis of inventory data, interpret trends and identify process improvements. Providing direction/coaching to team members. Retrieve and analysed information from SAP system.

Demand Analyst- Analyse customer demand and pull trend before load the Master Production Schedule MPS)- Review, plan and control inventory to reduce excesses- Receives firm PO and forecast from customer weekly and load into SAP system- Perform materials and capacity sizing via Rapid Response and SAP system upon receiving the forecast- Do materials simulation for forecast upside or downside on a weekly basis thru Rapid Response- Prepare MPS working sheet to check and balance the demand vs build before load the build plan into MPS system on a weekly basis- Commit 8 weeks bucket and response to customer on the supportabilityProduction Planning- Review with buyers on the material delivery status for the upside forecast received from customer and revert to customer on the delivery commits for the upside or downside demand- Ensure material CTS (clean-to-start) before load into Production line on a weekly basis and to achieve plan order execution above 90%- Responsible for handling NPI build from FA status to 1st mass production build- Coordinate on the EC change and monitor on the WIP clearance- Coordinate and work-out with customer on the On Time Delivery and Customer Request Date
