-Responsible for the whole recruitment process from creating requisitions, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, selecting and hiring-Success in applying advanced recruiting fundamentals to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding-Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing/candidate generation, call blocking, marketing, research, interviewing, assessments, presentation, negotiation and closing-Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiringPerform full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool and selection-Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates. Recruit, assess and present top talents to hiring managers-Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values- Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners throughout the full-cycle recruiting process-Develop and manage a pipeline of talent

- Manage all phases of recruitment, including hiring and posting job ad's for our campaigns- Developed creative recruiting strategies that met the staffing needs- Communicated duties and went over employee handbooks, benefits for potential candidates- Supported Sellers with effective trouble shooting tactics - Provide excellent customer service for Sellers issue on shipments or lost inventory- Schedule shipments and location pick ups for Amazon goods- Handle any billing, escalated phone calls for unsatisfied Sellers

- Created announcements for open job opportunities - Sourcing tactics performed locating employment opportunities through different employers- Interviewed prospective candidates to asses qualifications and capabilities- Contacted employers and employees daily for attendance and pay roll purposes

- Contact clients of Department of Education student loans - Build up hardship profiles to set consumers up on rehabilitation plans that last (6-9months)- Collect student loan payments- Follow up with consumers on documentations and review them together to make sure all documents are completed correctly
