China Head Office Role - As LSH Auto Group HR, lead talent requisition and development function from strategy to operations.  Design & optimize recruitment strategy, workflow, policy and tools to meet MB’s standard and improve the work efficiency. Responsible for employer branding innovation and improvement: Developing Lei Shing Hong Official Recruitment Platform, Slogan, Internal Referral Program, Inheritance Program and ‘Best Employer’ Campaign. Lead recruitment for all of senior positions in China HQ, regions and dealers.  Lead all life cycle of overseas recruitment project (GM, SM, ASM and Finance Manager etc.) - Making project budget/timeline, implement and draft offer proposal, offer negotiate etc. Lead all recruitment related projects. Responsible for Staff Integration Program to improve staff engagement: Designing and deliver SOP for staff engagement and lead LSH BOP program for HQ staff and management from dealers.  Guide and coach 9 regional HR teams and dealers HR teams on campus recruitment by providing relative tools, guideline. Conduct talent market survey for key position and provide guidance talent trends and retention.

 Actively search for best quality candidates to set up and enrich talent pool. Evaluate candidate through interview and provide professional advice to client.  Actively develop and create good relationship with the potential new clients. Collect and understand the hiring requirements from clients, source and interview candidate as well as recommend them to assignments

- Lead all of recruitment for Dow Jones China 10 different legal entities. Independently lead total China talent acquisition activities (Including both campus hiring and experienced hiring). - Lead Dow Jones global E-Recruitment Projects in China.- Employment Relation Management. Lead and implement the changes of Dow Jonesglobal HR recruitment new policy and process, moreover, to insure all of HR practice is in according with the updated China Labor Law.
