As the Director of Student Recruitment at DLSNC, I focus on building relationships to attract students who align with our mission. I engage with Catholic, public, charter, and private K-8 schools, as well as community organizations and employers. Collaborating with the Enrollment Specialist, I ensure our mission is conveyed across various platforms. I also oversee the daily operations of the Recruitment and Enrollment Department, guiding all admissions initiatives to foster a vibrant student community dedicated to academic and personal growth.

At Construct the Present, I helped people learn new skills for creating more inclusive workplaces by leading training sessions both online and in person. I made sure projects started smoothly for our clients and designed fun and engaging learning activities. I also handled important paperwork, like making presentations and writing reports, and kept track of tasks using Monday.com and Harvest. On top of that, I worked on building connections with different communities and shared updates on LinkedIn and Instagram to spread the word about our work. I also stayed updated on important topics like education and equality to help improve our service to clients.

Oversee recruiting and managing students from Oregon Multnomah County and the state of Texas territories through the admissions process. While building relationships with community-based organizations and a variety of outreach programs to engage students from culturally diverse or historically underserved backgrounds.

Graduate Assistant for Portland State University Multicultural Retention Services ACCESS & Diversity Scholars Programs. ACCESS & Diversity Scholars guides incoming and transfer students who are first generation, low income and or identity within historically underserved populations. These programs were designed to give a variety of tools to help students inside and outside the higher education. Over all within create opportunity for ultimate college success from their first year to the last.

Assist doctors and other OHSU research clinical staff with conducting specimen collection studies.
