• Inspect, fit and examine all lab dips, strike-offs and samples; communicate internal comments to factories• Organize all POs and maintain a system for the company• Daily communication and follow up with overseas factories in Taiwan and China regarding production cycle timeline or WIP reports, vendors, buyers, merchandising, and designers (regarding fabric/garment construction) and relay all construction details to our factories via Excel charts• Work alongside the President to oversee entire production process both domestically and offshore• Troubleshoot production issues• Partner closely with design and sales teams during development and costing, margins and turn using Excel charts• Send tech packs and fabric samples to partners overseas for counter-sourcing • Report fabric inventory to designers and buyers• familiar with and have experience with manufacturing, trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production cycle timeline, fabric and garment construction-The clients that we work with each have their own set of regulations. RDG Global, Rainbow, Kmart, etc, all have their own specific procedures that we follow. Testing protocol is usually the same for all, with stricter guidelines for children swear (lead testing, etc).• Create tech packs and flats for Kmart using Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator programs • Product development• Responsible for all clerical duties.• Make effective presentations to buyers on a regular basis• In charge of finding new clients, and telling companies about the services our factories offer.
