To provide an effective presentation and report, our team conducted marketing analytics, thereafter providing suitable solutions for SOSD Singapore. We were also given the chance to plan content and create content with the Marketing Manager of SOSD Singapore.

Social Impact Catalyst is Singapore’s largest youth-centric organization focused on social entrepreneurship and innovation, empowering young leaders of tomorrow to build sustainable solutions and catalyze impact for the world. Was the Marketing Executive in one of the Social Impact Catalyst's projects, "I'm Friendly Co", which aims to improve mental health stigma in Singapore. I have curated up to 12 social media content for Instagram every week, successfully designed website wireframe, impacted NUS student community on mental health by hosting various meetings and spearheaded the "Being Human" campaign along with We Are Hear Organization.

Throughout my journey, I have planned and executed 2 recitals, 2 yearly productions, and 1 external musical festival. Additionally, I have also led and conducted a beginner and intermediate class of 50 students on basic music theory. Lastly, I managed Instagram and Facebook content and postings, updating content on a weekly basis.

I have led a group of committee members in events management. Besides, I was given the opportunity to manage the Instagram account and curate content for postings weekly. Lastly, I took part in planning and executing events such as the School of Business Management (SBM) Carnival Day, Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home Visit, and Specialisation Bonding Day.

To aid in the website building of Thye Hin Hoe Medical Store, my partner and I had the opportunity to learn more about Chinese medicine and were able to provide a suitable description for the website effectively. Additionally, we had to conduct photography sessions in order to efficiently build a modern website design. We were able to explore the many photography layouts and practice the fundamentals of photography.

With my 2 teammates, we have curated social media content weekly for Four Seasons Durian. Through the Facebook and Instagram insights, I was able to hone my marketing analytics skills. Lastly, we designed the website wireframe and aided Four Season Durian to launch the website successfully.

I have collaborated effectively with the events department for large group reservations of 50. Additionally, I have meticulously updated and documented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Besides, I have actively implemented the guest relations department's initiatives such as business improvements with the use of the software. Lastly, spearheaded projects on door hosting and site visitation for resource efficiency.

I worked in the front-line office, helping guests with cabin check-in, handling guests enquiries and to aid in the boarding progress.
