• ELQ ( Entire Line Quality) Burrito station: heating tortillas for burritos, setting up/ filling cold food lines,making guacamole and prepping avocado slices, prepping/stocking up side refrigerator, keeping areacleaned organized and sanitized, changing sanitizer, restocking for night shift• ELQ Burrito station (Night Shift): restocking and pre packaging/prep for morning shift, cleaning grillfor burritos towards end of night, cleaning churro and tortilla chips fryer station end of night, cleaningburrito station and restocking containers, cleaning microwaves, breaking down and cleaning cold foodlines and hot food lines, etc

Testing Sanitizer Solution which should be between 65-75 degrees in Fahrenheit, and between 200-400ppm and is changed every 2 hours• Nourishment assembly for patients (preparing snacks)• Organizing nourishment's on cart rack (placing snacks in order based on room # and tower level)• Starter/tray line assembly for patients (placing correct condiments on tray based on dietary menu forselect patient, utensils, and using hot plates from hot plate warmer)• Assembling tray line late trays for patients (Orders that continue after tray line is finished and continueto come until closing time)• Restocking of tray line condiments• Cleaning tray line area (wash/rinse/ sanitize)• Dish room (retrieving cleaning plates, hot plates, utensils, etc. and placing them in appropriate aresfor morning shift)• Occasional pm catering pickup and cleaning• Completing daily logs (Temperature log for sanitizer solution every 2 hours, hotplate warmer cleaning,restocking tray line station, dish room machine cleaning, catering pick up, etc)

• Use slicer, grater, and other equipment to process cheese• Prep/Package finished product (labeling, dating, bagging, weighing, sealing, and boxing)• complete daily task provided by supervisors (number recording, daily cleaning logs, etc.)• keep work space clean (washing, rinsing, sanitization, etc)
