I have 10 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry with Rocket Mortgage, collaborating with third-party vendors to support the business areas I lead. I am the Divisional Vice President of Vendor Escalation and Specialty Vendor, encompassing nearly 20 different subjects within the business. These include, but are not limited to, Homeowner’s Insurance, Verification of Employment, Payoffs, Credit Expert Review, IRS 4506 Transcripts, Power of Attorney and Trust Review, to name a few. In my time with Rocket Mortgage, I helped develop automation that expedited processing and allowed us to reallocate resources. I collaborate with third parties within the industry to ensure our processes run smoothly and meet SLA’s. I thrive on identifying and executing on ideas that allow for efficiency gains. Leadership is not only about enhancing processes and technology though. My passion is to instill curiosity and skills to execute at high levels within our people. I have actively assisted in the build out of leadership development programs, and mentored many team members, leaders, and directors alike. Always be curious, and always challenge assumptions. 100% of the time, there is a better way to complete a task. In my spare time, I love to cook, work on our home build, travel, and spend time with my family.
